Ezail operates on a paid subscription basis. We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Details of current subscription plans, pricing, and features are available on our website or within the application.
New users may be eligible for an initial trial period, during which you can access certain features of the service at no charge. The duration and terms of the trial period will be specified at the time of registration. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
In addition to your recurring subscription, you may purchase additional credits ("top-ups") for extra token usage beyond your subscription allowance. Top-up credits are non-refundable and expire according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. Top-up credits do not affect your subscription renewal date or billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account.

Ezail integrates with third-party services including Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and WhatsApp. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Ezail, you consent to such data processing. We may access, store, and process your email and calendar data to provide the service. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions or content.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website or through other reasonable means. Continued use of Ezail after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States of America. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
